LHS freshmen, sophomores, and juniors will be attending the NACAC Springfield National College Fair at the Big E on Monday, April 13th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Over 200 colleges from all over the country will be attending.
“I am looking forward to the college fair,” said sophomore Filipa Martins, “I am still unsure on what colleges I am interested in so hopefully the fair will be helpful.”
While the colleges are from all over the country, the majority of the schools are from New England.
Ludlow High School has been attending the NACAC College Fair for a number of years. While LHS has their own college fair in the fall around only 100 colleges attend, there are twice the amount at the Springfield National College Fair.
“Our goal for juniors is to have a good idea a couple colleges that they want to apply to,” said junior guidance counselor Lydia Brady, “It is also a good idea for freshman and sophomores to start thinking about colleges they are interested in.”
If you didn’t sign up to go during school on Monday, April 13, the fair will also be open on Sunday, April 12 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
