Now that November is settling in and colder temperatures are quickly approaching, the LHS Interact Club is putting on a winter coat drive called Hoodies for the Homeless. Donations of any lightly used winter essentials will be accepted until Nov. 27. You can drop off your clothes in the donation bin located in the library.
All of the donations will be given to the Indian Orchard Survival Center to help those who need to stay warm this winter.
Vice President of Interact Club, Jacqueline Benoit, is eager to help.
“We wanted to do something that the whole school could take part in. It’s something so simple that could make a difference in the lives of others.”
